What advance should I pay?
To complete the reservation , the guest is required to deposit 25% of the total value of the accommodation by bank transfer. The advance amount can not be lower than the one-day adjustment. The reservation is deemed void if the advance amount has not been paid in the agreed time.

When does the total payment take place?
The payment of the remaining amount of the recidence value is made either during or at the end of the stay.
If I cancel what’s in effect?
The visitor can cancel the reservation, without charge, up to 21 days prior to arrival. In this case, he is entitled to reimbursement of the advance payment amount.

If the guest cancels the booking in less than 21 days or uses the room for less than the agreed time, then he/she has to pay 50% of the total amount for the time he/she did not use.

If the visitor does not show up, he is obliged to compensate the hotel with the total amount of the reservation.

Arrival – Departure

Check-in time?
Check-in at 15:00 p.m., any other hour, upon agreement.

If the arrival takes place earlier, there is space for storing your luggage without charge.

Check-out time?
Check-out takes place at 11:00 a.m.

The stay from this time until 18:00 obliges the visitor to pay half the rent for one day. Staying after 18:00, obliges the visitor to pay the full one day rent. If the customer refuses, then the hotel is entitled to dispose of his luggage from the room..
